Refund Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, PandaPearls is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, we are required to replace an item if it has a major problem.

As our range of pearl products have been created or customised for the individual client, we are not able to accept returns or refund requests for change of mind, so please select carefully.

Delivery times

The delivery times made known to the buyer are estimates only, and PandaPearls will not liable for late delivery, delays, losses etc. We endeavour to track all parcels and provide a 2 week delivery time where possible. We cannot control our delivery providers.

Layby

PandaPearls offers Layby for a maximum duration of 3 months, unless alternate arrangements have been made. If payment has not been received in that time frame PandaPearls reserved the right to cancel the layby. All correspondence must be in writing for review, and in extenuating circumstances a layby will be refunded if and when the item has been sold with payment made in full with no losses incurred, as good will.
