PandaPearls Australia are internationally known for their heirloom-quality
jewellery and unique collectables. Our customers' satisfaction is of the utmost
priority, and we work closely with our customers to ensure that they are wowed

Our signature style of jewellery is based around the use of natural and
unique pearls and stones, as well as pre-loved antique jewellery and vintage treasures. We
pride ourselves on sourcing and selecting only the highest quality natural
pearls and stones. Because these pearls and stones are naturally formed, some
minor blemishes may be visible. These unique and identifying features add
character, and every effort is made to accurately display these blemishes in
photos.

We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with Australian
Consumer Law and on the terms set out below. Any benefits set out below may
apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of
Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and
services. We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the
Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) you are also
entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a failure with the goods or a
service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the
failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled
to a refund for the goods.
If a product or service which you purchased from us has a failure which does
not amount to a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then
you may still be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer
Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
CHANGE OF MIND
In the event that you receive the products as stated, but you simply change
your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you an exchange provided that:
- You notify us and initiate a return within 14 business days of receiving the items.
- You return the said product in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used.
- The product has not been damaged.
Please note that customers are responsible for the safe return of items as well as the shipping costs involved.
PandaPearls is recharging in January with family and friends. Please be aware that there will be a delay responding to any enquiries, and that orders placed may take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Our team will be back to business as usual in late January.
All shipping and delivery times is subject to the current demands and performance of Australia Post. Should you require your order by a specific date, please contact us directly so that we can try to ensure it arrives on time.

Express Post: often delivered within 1-2 business day to metro areas.
Standard Post: often delivered within 2-5 business days.
INTERSTATE (METRO TO METRO)
Express Post: often delivered within 2-3 business days.
Standard Post: often delivered within 3-6 business days.
